plastic cups to boost biodiesel performance!

I came across this interesting article in new scientist. Researchers at Iowa State University have found a unique way of adding extra power by using waste styrofoam cups. It seems the addition of most types of plastics (which dissolve instantly in the fuel) make a thicker fuel which in turn has up around 5% more power.
