Carbon Foodprint...
The Government says that food packaging should be labelled to show products’ carbon footprint, country of origin and animal welfare standards in its new food strategy, Food 2030.
Given our current 'Portion Control Innovation' fascination we are keen to understand what real relevance this information overload is having on consumers? Whilst I support the 'information is power' train of thought, how much credence will consumers give to the Ecological Load Factor of their beans on toast?
